Transparent foils

Plasticised polyvinylchloride foil is produced in transparent or dyed designs, smooth or with orange peel surface, or possibly mechanically or chemically structured. All types of transparent foil can also be custom-made with reduced adhesion – marked “P“. On the customer’s request transparent foil can also be produced in other customised dimensions and colour shades. The minimum production quantities of customised production are: thickness 0.08 – 0.14 mm – 4,000 m² of foil, thickness 0.15 – 0.30 mm – 3,000 m² of foil.

The foil can be cut, sewn or glued together or joined by high-frequency welding and it can also be printed.

Usage instructions

If more foil types are joined for one product, the following principles must be observed:

foil types of just one manufacturer may only be combined
only combine foil types with labels of the same colour
you must combine foil types of approximately the same hardness
all the used foil sheets on a product must be oriented in the same direction (resulting from the production direction and roll winding).
